When undertaking project work, many organisations find themselves in the situation where existing resources are stretched to the limit and some areas of the project may not be receiving the input they should. Assigning another member of permanent staff may not be possible and bringing in contract staff cannot quite be justified.

Because of TGL’s flexible approach, we are able to take on specific consulting briefs or focus on specific areas of areas of projects, which may require short term input. Depending on the nature of the work, it can be undertaken at the Client’s site on a part time basis or carried out independently.
